Just as the actions performed by organisms are from different classes, similarly the nutrition required for those functions also varies. Just like if they want energy immediately, they go towards carbohydrates, if they want to fight diseases then they turn to vitamins. There are different types of nutrition on this basis, and the foods that store those nutrients also vary.


Types of Nutrients

Nutrition is required to perform all the functions of our body. And provides energy in our body. So that's why we should include this type of food in our diet. So that we can get the nutrition.

Every organism needs nutrition. Of which I am going to tell you about some nutrition.

  • Carbohydrates
  • Protein
  • Mineral
  • Zinc
  • Vitamin
  • Fat
  • Water

According to our anatomy, we consume some nutrition daily.
Like- Water, Carbohydrates, Fat
And some nutrition, we can not know when to take in what amount. But when our body is weak or sick from any disease. Then we consume Protein, Mineral, Zinc, Vitamin, etc. If we continue to eat all the nutrition regularly then our body will be healthy for a long time.

Types of Nutrients

1. Carbohydrates -
A normal person needs 230 to 335 grams of carbohydrate in a day. If we count it in calories, then it requires 900 to 1300 calories.
Carbohydrate is an important source of energy in human body. If the amount of carbohydrate is reduced. Or shut up in the body. Then the body will stop functioning. Carbohydrate serves to provide instant energy to the body. Or also meet water scarcity. Because it contains as much oxygen and hydrogen as water.

Carbohydrates are derived from many things. Which we use in our food every day. 
Like- through potatoes, rice, sugar, bread and many other things.

2Protein -
Protein is a very important nutrition for the nutrition of our body. Protein is very important for our body to function continuously. And this protein is very important in building and improving cells, muscles. Along with this, protein is also a source of energy of our body.

A normal human needs 600 protein calories per day. 1 gram of protein contains 4 grams of calories. Protein is used by many foods.
Like- milk, cheese, lentils, almonds, poultry, fish, meat, beans etc.

3. Mineral -
Minerals are a good nutrition. Which gives great importance in performing the daily functions of our body. It also helps a lot in keeping the metabolism and healthy. It reaches our body in many ways.
Like-  fruits, vegetables, dairy products, meat and fish etc.

4. Zinc -
We get many health benefits from Jind. It plays a very important role in healing our immune system and skin wounds. Its mild deficiency can cause a decrease in immunity, loss of vision, weakness in the skin and many other problems. It acts like Aryan and calcium. And this is a very important nutrition. According to medical experts, zinc proves helpful in eradicating dangerous diseases like diabetes. And we get this in many ways.
Like- peanuts, sesame, egg yolk, garlic etc.

5. Vitamin -
Vitamins are very important for the body. There are vitamins and substances that help you all to grow a lot. It also strengthens your immune system and keeps it away from many diseases if our body is deficient in vitamins. It is prone to many diseases.
There are many types of vitamins. Such as A, B, C, D, etc. Vitamin A is used for our eye disease. Each vitamin has its different functions. And we get this in many ways.

6. Fat-
Fat This nutrition is very important in performing many functions of our body. It works from providing instant energy to storing energy. It is present in all those substances. Which contain carbohydrates. It functions almost the same as the function of carbohydrates. And we get this in many ways.
Such as milk products, meat, dry fruits and green vegetables.

7. Water -
About 60% of the body is made up of water. That is why it has been included in Nutrition. Drinking h2o involved in this maintains fluid balance in the body. Which helps in the transport of nutrients in the body. It also controls body temperature. And it also helps in digesting food, so never let your body lack water.

The reason for not getting nutrition in the diet -

Decreased intake of food such as junk food, fried, packed food, green vegetables and fresh fruits, use of chemicals in agriculture, pollution, increasing adulteration of foods, use of medicines. Which hinders our diet from getting the right and complete nutrition.

Daily nutrition needed -

Everyday a human body needs nutrients according to the daily activities of its age. Different criteria have been set for pregnant women, children, adult or elderly. And according to these criteria a person should include nutrition elements in his food. If we talk about India, then according to the Government of India 2012 survey. Different criteria have been set according to different ages of humans. However, we are telling you about nutrition requirements. But you can use nutrition elements according to your body by taking the advice of a dietician.
