Clean and glowing skin is often a touch of girls.Many girls

1. Good sleep

5. Olive oil
Olive oil also works to bring glow to the face. To make the
face attractive, you need a spoonful of olive oil, towel, lukewarm water.
First take a few drops of olive oil on your palms. Massage
it with light hands on the face. Now clean your face by soaking the towels in
water. If you try this recipe at night, the benefits will be greater. This will

6. Lemon juice

Take a ripe banana, take two to four teaspoons of milk and a

Half a cup of yogurt and one or two teaspoons of lemon or
orange juice

with lukewarm water. Lastly do not forget to wash your face even with cold water.
Yogurt contains some probiotic ingredients which protect our
skin from the harmful rays of the sun. These ingredients reduce skin spots and
make them shiny.
9. Green tea
One teaspoon of green tea, one cup of water, two teaspoons
of brown sugar and one teaspoon of milk cream or cream. Boil green tea in water and filter it. And then leave it to
cool down.When cooled, add brown sugar and cream to the boiled green
tea. Apply this mixture like a scrub on the face.After 10 to 15 minutes wash
your skin with cold water..This mixture can be applied once or twice a week.

10. Body scrub (ubtan)
A cup of lentils or gram flour, a quarter cup of raw rice, a
pinch of turmeric, eight to nine almonds, half a cup of oatmeal and water or
rose water.
Make powder by grinding sur dal, rice and almonds separately
or together.Add oatmeal and turmeric to this powder.
Finally make a paste by adding water or rose water to this
mixture. Apply this paste on face and throat. It can also be applied on the
hands. After the paste dries, wash the skin with water. This paste can be
applied once in 10 days.
The use of ubutan has been used for centuries to enhance the
beauty of the skin. The lentils, rice and oatmeal present in this boil helps in
removing the dirt from our skin. The turmeric added to it has antiseptic
properties, which protect us from skin diseases. The almond used in the
preparation of the boil gives the necessary moisture to our skin and improves
its complexion.
11. Tomatoes
Half a tomato, a spoonful of sandalwood powder and a pinch
of turmeric.
Remove the seeds from the tomato pieces and separate them.
Make a paste by mixing sandalwood powder and turmeric in a seedless tomato
slice. Apply this paste on the face and leave it for fifteen minutes and then
wash the face with water. This paste can be applied regularly except for a day
or two.
Tomatoes are high in vitamin C. Which helps to enhance the
glow of the face.
12. Baking soda
Make a spoonful of baking soda, one teaspoon olive oil
(extra virgin olive oil) and half a teaspoon of honey, mix the baking soda,
olive oil and honey in a bowl. Apply this mixture on the face and after ten to
fifteen minutes wash the face with water. You can use this mixture once a week.
Baking soda helps to enhance the glow of the skin by keeping
the pH balance.
13. Papaya
Take a few pieces of ripe papaya, one to two tablespoons of
lemon juice. Crush the papaya pieces and add lemon juice. Apply this paste well
on the face. After ten minutes, wash your face with water. It is recommended to
apply this paste once or twice a week.
Papaya contains vitamin A, vitamin C, and papain. Both
vitamins act as antioxidants. While papain cleanses the pores of our skin and
improves the skin.
14. Walnut
Take three to four nuts, two tablespoons of oatmeal, one
teaspoon of honey, one teaspoon of cream, and four drops of olive oil. Mix all
the ingredients and prepare a thick paste. Apply this paste on your face and
after a while wash your face with warm water.
The nutrients present in walnuts remove dry skin and make it
shiny. In place of this paste, walnut oil can also be applied to the skin.
15. Glycerin
Take half or a teaspoon of glycerin, a pinch of turmeric and
a spoon of honey. Make a thick paste by mixing glycerin and turmeric with
honey. Apply this paste on face and after drying, wash face with water. This
prescription can be used once a week.
Glycerin hydrates our skin well and enhances its glow.
What to eat to get glowing face-
To maintain the glow in the skin and to keep the skin
healthy, not only creams and home remedies, but a good and healthy diet is
necessary. Always remember that what you eat has an effect on your body and
